Before any subcontractor is booked, we verify their licences and insurance and review their site-specific SWMS - all logged against the job. WHS oversight stays with Apex throughout, and quoting, scheduling and compliance records all live in the same place, so you can track and access what you need, when you need it. Apex works alongside Strand Services as their specialist high-access coordinating contractor, so for schemes managed through Strand the same records sit alongside the rest of the building's maintenance history.
