Hard-to-reach & high-access work for strata schemes

Apex Aerial Services coordinates general high-level work within strata schemes. We quote the job, bring in vetted specialist contractors and oversee the work from start to finish, so the committee or strata manager deals with one party rather than chasing trades.

That covers everything on our services list - strata and building maintenance, window and facade cleaning, arborist and tree work - plus the general high-level jobs that don't fit a neat category. Every contractor's licences, insurance and SWMS are checked before work starts, and we handle the access arrangements and WHS paperwork on site. If you've been told the job's too hard or too expensive, call us first.
